This project was for a single client building a new home with both personal enjoyment and future resale in mind. Drawing from his modern inspiration photo and identifying his investment goals, we collaborated closely with him and the builders to bring the vision to life on time.

The design balances a bright, crisp palette with dark cabinetry and warm wood tones, creating a home that feels warm, functional, and inviting. Thoughtful selection of economical finishes and fixtures ensured the aesthetic was never compromised, delivering a space that is both practical and visually compelling.
