For this community building at Highstreet, our team was engaged to refresh and elevate a shared amenity space designed for residents to enjoy at their leisure. We updated the full furniture package - selecting all contract-grade pieces to ensure durability and performance in a high-traffic environment - and introduced built-in seating for added function.

New lighting and wall coverings were layered in to enhance durability, improve acoustics, and bring a bold sense of personality through dramatic wallpaper moments.

The bathrooms received a thoughtful refresh with new sinks, updated paint and lighting, and a deep watery blue large-format glossy tile - adding richness and cohesion to the overall design. The result is a vibrant, durable, and welcoming space built to serve the community for years to come.
